In a world governed by generality, quickness, and alacrity, attention to detail is made conspicuous by its absence. Paz Ulloa—artist and designer—has based most of her artistic practice on the seeking and restlessness of motion in details. At first glance, most of Ulloa’s work provokes curiosity and in-depth analysis of the canvas due to the great number of visual layers; however, this in-depth analysis can lead the viewer to see that her art also exploits the delicacy, finesse, and particularity of its history and artistic experimentation, which comprehends a landscape between drawings and film.
