¡No falta nada!
Imagine a museum committed to spreading nothing all over the globe. Admittedly, a peculiar mission for an art institution and, exactly for that very reason, one of the most interesting initiatives to have emerged in the last decade around one of contemporary art's major themes—the nothing. The world‘s first museum of nothing presents works that cannot be seen and therefore, sends our thoughts to the most remote regions of our own imagination.

There is hardly a phenomenon that challenges our imagination and intellect as much as the concept of nothing. Nothing is the beginning and horizon of everything – of the whole universe as well as our individual existence. We cannot see or experience it. And yet – or for that very reason – nothing is often met with defense, rejection or avoidance.
It is the aim of the No Show Museum – founded by Andreas Heusser – to challenge the prejudices, misunderstandings and fears towards nothing and to motivate the public to get involved with the fascinating phenomenon.
The museum‘s collection includes around 400 works and documents from over 120 renowned artists of the 20th and 21st centuries, among them, Marina Abramovic, Joseph Beuys, Daniel Buren, Maurizio Cattelan, Marcel Duchamp, Ceal Floyer, Hans Haacke, Yves Klein, Piero Manzoni, Robert Rauschenberg, Man Ray, Robert Ryman, Richard Serra, Santiago Sierra, and Andy Warhol.
The No Show Museum exhibition space embraces 7 square meters in a restored and customized van, in which the works and the ideas that define them are presented. The van will be parked in a nearby public parking and can be visited during the opening.
On show will be ¡No Falta Nada!, an exhibition conceived by Andreas Heusser and currently touring Central America. The show centers around art works that have been stolen, lost, destroyed or simply never existed.
